Ordering a bespoke headpiece or veil
To order your custom headpiece or veil, please contact us to discuss your idea. Any input you have in regards to colours, shapes, trims, fabrics and your overall outfit will help to reach your perfect design. 

Places can be secured with a non-refundable 50% Material and Design Consultation deposit.

When the final design is agreed on, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and then the millinery process can begin. You will be updated with pictures prior to the final payment being processed and shipped to your destination. 

Timeframe
A Julie Herbert Millinery custom design is handmade. Once payment of deposit has been received by Julie Herbert Millinery your order can be secured.  Orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks depending dependent on intricacy of the piece and current orders.

If you wish to order a piece for Melbourne Cup Week you must contact Julie Herbert Millinery 6 - 8 weeks prior to the first week on November.

Limited spots will only be available for custom designs at this time so please book your spot to avoid any disappointments, alternatively please view my collections on this website to purchase a ready to wear headpiece or veil. 

Cost
Bespoke headpieces start at $250 to $700 and veils from $180 to $1000. You will receive an invoice for the piece once the design has been determined. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for the process to begin. The balance and postage costs are to be paid before item is shipped.

Payment
All payments are to be by bank transfer. A 50% deposit to be made when booking in your spot and then final payment to be made prior to shipping or collection at our studio in Orange. 

A tax invoice will be sent to you with bank account details and total of the order and monies owing. 

Paypal is available to those who do a full payment.  

Shipping
You can collect your piece at Julie Herbert Millinery's studio located in Orange, NSW or it can be shipped worldwide. Postage will be calculated individually for each piece and is to be paid before the piece is shipped.
